I am receiving slow speeds.

If the access speed is slow, you are probably in a poor signal strength area. Try moving closer to the access point. Check your radio utility which is usually found on the right hand side of the task bar. It will have some method of detecting signal strength which will allow you to move around until you are in a good signal strength area. The more signal bars you have - the better!

In locations such as hospitals - which you proudly tell us that you serve many - moving about is not always an option. I am writing this from an infection controlled room. I'm sure they'd LOVE me to move closer to an access point.

Carl service!! Complete rip off having to use mobile data to post as the wifi internet is slower than a pigeon. Even though I have full WiFi speed. Watchdog here we go.

£15.20 for a week of 0.4mb on one device. Disgusting. Wouldn't have paid if I'd have known limits up front.
